1. Delivery Timeline

  • Orders are usually processed within 5–7 working days after successful payment.

  • Delivery typically takes 5–10 working days, depending on the customer’s location and the courier service.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, courier delays, or regional restrictions.

2. No Refund Policy

  • No refund is available once payment is completed.

  • No refund is available once the order has been shipped, under any circumstances.

  • Customers are advised to review all product details carefully before placing an order.

3. Exchange Policy (Defective Products Only)

  • Exchanges are allowed only if the product received is defective.

  • To be eligible for an exchange, the customer must contact Taranga within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be considered.

4. Non-Eligible Cases

Exchanges will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Damage caused after delivery or due to misuse

  • Requests raised after the 24-hour reporting window
